Cladding is 12mm shiplap tongue and groove, cut from slow-grown Scandinavian softwood and dip treated before leaving the factory. The 44x28mm pressure treated frame gives the whole building a firm, square foundation. Toughened glass windows measuring 1620mm x 457mm admit generous natural light, while the Premium SuperFelt roof covering with its polyester backing and bitumen coating handles whatever the weather delivers. A mortise and tenon door with press lock and key keeps the building secure. The ridge sits at 2391mm (7ft 10"), keeping the build within permitted development limits. All fixings and fittings are included, and a 10 Year Warranty covers the building from the manufacturer.
