At 4190mm wide with a 2485mm ridge height, this cabin sits comfortably within permitted development limits. The 44mm interlocking logs are precision-cut from slow-grown Scandinavian softwood, giving tight wall joints and genuine thermal mass. Floor and roof boards are 19mm thick for solid underfoot feel and reliable load-bearing performance. Firestone EPDM RubberCover goes on as a single continuous sheet rated for a 50 year life span. Anthracite UPVC double doors and two tilt-and-turn UPVC windows come factory-glazed with toughened double glazing. The whole package is covered by a 10 Year Warranty.

If there are any access restrictions for a vehicle of this size, please inform us as soon as possible. Delivery is classed as Kerbside only depending on access. If Power are unable to deliver a log cabin due to access issues not advised or if the customer is not in when they attempt to deliver, re-delivery charges may apply

Do I need Planing Permission?

All of our log cabins are under 2.5m to the ridge, meaning that you can bypass most planning permission restrictions that may apply to residential builds. There are extra deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that the strength and rigidity of the cabin aren\'t compromised by the reduced height. For all information regarding planning, please consult your local planning office.

Are our Log cabins Treated?

The log cabins come completely untreated, except the pressure-treated floor bearers. The extremely precise machining of the logs, which is required to ensure the perfect fit, requires the building to be treated after assembly rather than before. Treating the logs before you install the cabin may result in the components not fitting correctly as it can cause the timber to expand. Some components are okay to treat prior to installation, such as the pressure-treated bearers, floor, and roof boards. In fact, there are some areas that will be much harder to treat annually, so try to get a few coats on prior to assembly to ensure the longevity of your building.
