Built from slow grown Scandinavian softwood, this pent garden room arrives precision machined for a tight, straightforward assembly. The 44mm interlocking logs form walls with real thermal mass. Both the 19mm thick roof boards and 19mm thick floor boards add structural rigidity from top to bottom. Maintenance-free EPDM Firestone rubber covers the roof, full uPVC doors and windows handle all weathering without painting, and a 10 Year Warranty covers the entire package.

Easy Access Door Sill

The 19mm thick floorboards sit close to ground level, giving a warm, solid feel underfoot. The aluminium low threshold sill eliminates the step at the entrance. Wheelchairs and bicycles pass in and out without obstruction. No awkward lifting or manoeuvring is needed at the doorway.

Wall logs are milled from responsibly sourced Scandinavian timber, chosen for its tight grain and slow growth strength. Tongue and groove boards form both the floor and roof decking. Delivery is on an 26t HIAB vehicle, using a crane which is positioned on the vehicle, behind the cab. If there are any access restrictions for a vehicle of this size, please inform us as soon as possible. Delivery is classed as Kerbside only depending on access. If Power are unable to deliver a log cabin due to access issues not advised or if the customer is not in when they attempt to deliver, re-delivery charges may apply

Do I need Planing Permission?

All of our log cabins are under 2.5m to the ridge, meaning that you can bypass most planning permission restrictions that may apply to residential builds. There are extra deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that the strength and rigidity of the cabin aren\'t compromised by the reduced height. For all information regarding planning, please consult your local planning office.

Are our Log cabins Treated?

The log cabins come completely untreated, except the pressure-treated floor bearers. The extremely precise machining of the logs, which is required to ensure the perfect fit, requires the building to be treated after assembly rather than before. Treating the logs before you install the cabin may result in the components not fitting correctly as it can cause the timber to expand. Some components are okay to treat prior to installation, such as the pressure-treated bearers, floor, and roof boards. In fact, there are some areas that will be much harder to treat annually, so try to get a few coats on prior to assembly to ensure the longevity of your building.
