Product Details
Thorndown Stain Blocking Primer Black 2.5L tackles watermarks, marker pen bleed and porous grain in a single product. It carries a flash rust inhibitor to halt rust formation on fixings. Fungicide Film Preservation guards the paint film against mould degradation. Log cabin and shed installers will find both features particularly useful on site.
On planed or smooth timber, each litre covers up to 12m² per coat. On rough-sawn timber that figure drops to 6m² per litre, so factor that into your material order. Touch-dry in 1 hour and ready to overcoat in 6 hours, this water-based, low-odour formula keeps projects moving without long delays between coats. Apply by brush, roller or sprayer, and wash tools with water and a small amount of detergent.
