At 5390mm wide, this apex garden room is constructed in Britain using slow-grown Scandinavian timber selected for its tight grain and long-term strength. Precision-machined 44mm interlocking logs lock together firmly on site. The 19mm thick roof and floor boards carry real loads without flexing. Full uPVC doors and windows come factory-fitted with toughened double glazing, and the EPDM Firestone RubberCover roof needs no ongoing maintenance. A 10 Year Warranty covers the entire package.

Easy Access Door Sill

The 19mm thick floorboards feel solid and warm underfoot from day one. We fit aluminium low threshold sills as standard. Wheelchairs and bikes pass through without obstruction. There is no awkward step to negotiate at the entrance.

Every wall log is cut from high-grade Scandinavian softwood grown in managed forests. Tongue and groove boards form both the floor and roof decks for a tight, stable build. The 58x44mm pressure treated bearers lift the cabin clear of ground moisture. That separation protects the floor structure and extends the building's working life considerably.

Delivery is on an 26t HIAB vehicle, using a crane which is positioned on the vehicle, behind the cab. If there are any access restrictions for a vehicle of this size, please inform us as soon as possible. Delivery is classed as Kerbside only depending on access. If Power are unable to deliver a log cabin due to access issues not advised or if the customer is not in when they attempt to deliver, re-delivery charges may apply

Do I need Planing Permission?

All of our log cabins are under 2.5m to the ridge, meaning that you can bypass most planning permission restrictions that may apply to residential builds. There are extra deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that the strength and rigidity of the cabin aren\'t compromised by the reduced height. For all information regarding planning, please consult your local planning office.

Are our Log cabins Treated?

The log cabins come completely untreated, except the pressure-treated floor bearers. The extremely precise machining of the logs, which is required to ensure the perfect fit, requires the building to be treated after assembly rather than before. Treating the logs before you install the cabin may result in the components not fitting correctly as it can cause the timber to expand. Some components are okay to treat prior to installation, such as the pressure-treated bearers, floor, and roof boards. In fact, there are some areas that will be much harder to treat annually, so try to get a few coats on prior to assembly to ensure the longevity of your building.
