The Power 20x10 Pent Log Cabin 44mm gives you a genuinely usable garden space built from materials that last. Fitted as a home office, gym, or retreat, this cabin earns its place. The 44mm walls, toughened double glazing, and EPDM roof covering combine to produce a building you can rely on year after year.

Every component has been chosen with care. The 44mm interlocking logs are precision milled from slow grown Scandinavian softwood, giving tight wall joints and excellent thermal performance. The 19mm floor and roof boards add rigidity across the whole structure. Anthracite UPVC doors and three tilt and turn windows arrive factory glazed with toughened double glazing. The EPDM Firestone RubberCover roof membrane sits on top of those 145mm purlins and carries a 50 year life span. A 10 Year Warranty covers the full package.

The 19mm floorboards sit firm and warm underfoot from the moment you step inside. We fit an aluminium low threshold sill at the door opening. Wheelchairs roll straight in. Bikes and garden equipment pass through without being lifted. It is a small detail that makes daily use significantly easier.

Delivery is on an 26t HIAB vehicle, using a crane which is positioned on the vehicle, behind the cab. If there are any access restrictions for a vehicle of this size, please inform us as soon as possible. Delivery is classed as Kerbside only depending on access. If Power are unable to deliver a log cabin due to access issues not advised or if the customer is not in when they attempt to deliver, re-delivery charges may apply

Do I need Planing Permission?

All of our log cabins are under 2.5m to the ridge, meaning that you can bypass most planning permission restrictions that may apply to residential builds. There are extra deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that the strength and rigidity of the cabin aren\'t compromised by the reduced height. For all information regarding planning, please consult your local planning office.

Are our Log cabins Treated?

The log cabins come completely untreated, except the pressure-treated floor bearers. The extremely precise machining of the logs, which is required to ensure the perfect fit, requires the building to be treated after assembly rather than before. Treating the logs before you install the cabin may result in the components not fitting correctly as it can cause the timber to expand. Some components are okay to treat prior to installation, such as the pressure-treated bearers, floor, and roof boards. In fact, there are some areas that will be much harder to treat annually, so try to get a few coats on prior to assembly to ensure the longevity of your building.
