This apex garden room is manufactured in Britain using responsibly sourced Scandinavian timber, chosen specifically for its tight grain and long-term strength. The 44mm interlocking logs are machined to exacting tolerances, locking together firmly on every course. The 19mm thick roof and floor boards add rigidity throughout the structure. Full uPVC door and window sets, maintenance-free EPDM Firestone roof covering, and a 10 Year Warranty complete the package.

Delivery is on an 26t HIAB vehicle, using a crane which is positioned on the vehicle, behind the cab. If there are any access restrictions for a vehicle of this size, please inform us as soon as possible. Delivery is classed as Kerbside only depending on access. If Power are unable to deliver a log cabin due to access issues not advised or if the customer is not in when they attempt to deliver, re-delivery charges may apply

Do I need Planing Permission?

All of our log cabins are under 2.5m to the ridge, meaning that you can bypass most planning permission restrictions that may apply to residential builds. There are extra deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that the strength and rigidity of the cabin aren\'t compromised by the reduced height. For all information regarding planning, please consult your local planning office.

Are our Log cabins Treated?

The log cabins come completely untreated, except the pressure-treated floor bearers. The extremely precise machining of the logs, which is required to ensure the perfect fit, requires the building to be treated after assembly rather than before. Treating the logs before you install the cabin may result in the components not fitting correctly as it can cause the timber to expand. Some components are okay to treat prior to installation, such as the pressure-treated bearers, floor, and roof boards. In fact, there are some areas that will be much harder to treat annually, so try to get a few coats on prior to assembly to ensure the longevity of your building.
