Product Details

Bishop Blue draws its name from the Bishop of Bath and Wells. Applied to timber, it delivers a striking charcoal grey undertone beneath a satin finish. This 2.5L water-based eco paint performs on both interior and exterior wood surfaces, keeping timber well protected against weathering.

Each litre covers up to 12m² on planed or smooth timber and 6m² on rough-sawn timber per coat. VOC levels are minimal, drying takes just 1 hour, and you can overcoat after 6 hours. It suits sheds, decking, summerhouses, log cabins and more. Apply by brush, roller or sprayer, and clean tools with water and a small amount of detergent.

For Whites and Off Whites, we strongly recommend using Thorndown Stain Blocking Primer to help prevent Resin Bleeds and Tanin Stains.
