Product Details

Thorndown Foxwhelp Red Wood Paint 2.5L draws its distinctive deep pink tone from the heritage cider apple of the same name, native to Somerset's orchards. That rich hue sits within a durable, water-based formula that keeps timber looking sharp for years.

Each litre covers up to 12m² on planed or smooth timber and 6m² on rough-sawn surfaces. VOC levels are minimal, drying takes just 1 hour, and the satin finish lets the wood grain show through clearly. It performs equally well on decking, sheds, summerhouses and log cabins, indoors or out.

When working with whites or off-whites, we strongly advise applying Thorndown Stain Blocking Primer first to guard against resin bleeds and tannin stains.
