Product Details
Thorndown Mudgley Mustard Wood Paint 2.5L brings warm yellow and orange tones to timber. It sits between traditional English mustard and a bolder hue. The semi-opaque satin finish suits both indoor and outdoor wood surfaces.
Each litre covers up to 12m² on planed or smooth timber. On rough-sawn boards, expect 6m² per litre per coat. VOC levels are minimal, drying takes just 1 hour, and the satin sheen lets the wood grain show through. Sheds, summerhouses, decking, and log cabins all take this paint well.
When working with whites or off-whites, use Thorndown Stain Blocking Primer first. This prevents resin bleeds and tannin stains coming through the topcoat.
